Individual Psychological Optimisation

In esports, it is imperative to enhance the psychological elements of your game. By discovering how and why you respond, feel, perceive and react allows you to change it. All sessions are based on assessment of your schemas, behavioural spectrum and stress responses. From there, areas of optimisation are identified and a programme designed.

Individual Problem Solving

Many issues can occur during competition and during training toward a competition. Problems like over analysis causing delays and incorrect decision making, pressure, anxiety, fear of failure, confidence and stress all playing a part in blocking the ability you know is there. Frustration can build, interaction with others can suffer and sometimes it can feel as though you have "lost your touch". At this point you can polarise on the problems and deteriorate further. Group dynamics, even if individuals are competing within a team can truly make or break performance. From years of working with teams and also research of group dynamics and cohesion in threat environments, comes a specific analysis of the team dynamics and how manage the different communication styles, interaction and anticipation of decision making of team members.
It takes very small shifts within group interaction to change group dynamics and effect one or all of the members performance. Frankly, these issues are some of the most straight forward issues to deal with as long as all participants are willing.

How it works

An initial appointment is arranged. You will be asked to fill out some details via a client online form – you may also be asked to fill out some personality profile questionnaires which may assist in the diagnostic and programme procedure, This is all prior to the initial appointment and also a way to gauge commitment to the process.  

What You Get

The initial session is an in-depth look at you, your personality, experiences and what issues are currently happening. A lot of questions are asked, this is to identify factors which may be misaligned or just plain going wrong. The aim is to get you going as fast as possible to utilise the techniques on your own.
